The location was great, close to a rail line outside of London. Moreover, it was adjacent to station and town centre, Richmond after a really hard day and the main shopping area of Richmond and the river.

My bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size and well-kept for the bar downstairs. It was very handy to have an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Quiet and handy location, it was minute walk from an underground station.

My must haves' are a nice cosy, contemporary room with tea, an impressive shower, as example. This property is in a great and handy location, close enough to Richmond after a really hard day, the centre of Richmond and a pub. The hotel provides an excellent service. The staff is outstandingly accommodating and accommodates all of guests' needs.

Marvellous location so close to the town station and the train station, about a 10-minute walk to Richmond station and the pub which is positioned on an arrowhead juction between Sheen Road. The breakfasts with proper milk.

The hotel was nice with marvellous and brilliant location right by the banks as well as rail station. The staff were approachable and great and made our stay a comfortable experience. The service was exceptional, totally satisfied. Took the advantage of the parking nearby. Nothing too much trouble, the venue met requirements, can recommend it.
